Prep Time: 10 min

  • 9 cups rice corn cereal
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 12 ounces yellow candy melt wafers, melted
  • 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 ounces pink, blue, yellow candy melt wafers
  • 1 cup Shimmer™ Spring Mix Sixlets®
  • Mini chicks and bunnies (optional)

  1. Add 12 ounces of yellow candy melts to a microwave-safe glass bowl.
  2. Microwave at 50% power in 30-second intervals stirring in between each. Mine required 3 separate 30-second cook times with a stir in-between each until creamy.
  3. Add rice cereal to a large zippered freezer bag or large bowl.
  4. Pour melted candy over and coat all pieces.
  5. Add powdered sugar in and toss pieces until coated. It is okay if every piece is not evenly coated.
  6. Pour snack mix onto a large baking sheet.
  7. Add in marshmallows, morsels, wafers and Sixlets.
  8. Toss to combine.
  9. Add snack mix to goodie bags, or store in a large zippered freezer bag.

This mix lasts up to 7-10 days when stored in an airtight container in a dry, cool place.
